He might not have made the best decisions off the field and maybe some people do not like him simply because he is human and makes mistakes. But that’s what he is, he is human - just like you & just like me. Humans make mistakes, but mistakes are meant to be forgiven. Benjamin Todd Roethlisberger is my quarterback. I am proud to say that because despite what anyone says, I would not want to have anyone else leading my Steelers.

Personally, I am so excited about this pick. I was so surprised he fell down to the 24th pick. Easily the best guard in the draft. For his talent and leadership to be available that late in the draft, I feel it was a great steal.
