Pittsburgh Penguins:LOL. Let's not only win, but also get Malkin his 50th goal. Oh. AND let's put the game on BEEEJ'S back and watch him do work. Also, we'll have Vitale be even more hated in Philadelphia, NBD. Be mad, Cryers, BE MAD.
Pittsburgh Pirates:LOLOL. Let's not only win one game with a walk off, but let's also come back from being down 4-1 to win by a walk once again. BE MADDDDDD FILTHADELPHIAAAAA SO MADDDDDD.
PLEASE READ!!!!! I'll elaborate more on how I'd like the competition to go.
Game 1 of the first series, you’d submit pictures of you, your friends, your family, whatever/whoever you want with your best playoff beards/mustaches (be creative with it)
I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING MASCARA FOR THIS. (I did it once and it 1. irritated my skin. and 2. was a bitch to get off.)
Game 4 of the first series, you’d submit pictures of you, your friends, your family, your pets, whatever/whoever you want wantdecked out in your best penguins gear (again, be creative. I like creativity.)
*I’m going to try to hopefully pick two winners from each, those winners would win memorabilia (tshirt, keychain, decals, n’at)
**If you win one category, you can’t win the other, but you’re more than welcome to submit pictures to both since winners will not be announced until the end of the competition.
This is not set in stone, I simply want to see who is interested. I just felt my last post wasn’t that clear about what I had in mind.
I would love it if you’d reblog this to get the word out, I’d love to have at least 20 people interested in participating.
If I did a Penguins playoff competition, who would be interested?
I’m thinking something to do with playoff beards/best dressed for the first playoff series. Winners would get some sort of memorabilia (tshirt, keychain, n’at) . I just want to know how interested people would be before I begin to plan it out.
“Let me tell you a funny story about that…The first time I really met Matt, he came to our house to pick up Jackson. The next thing I know, he has a Nerf gun and he’s running all through my house, shooting darts at the kids. My wife and I just looked at each other. Here’s this grown man who we hardly knew, running all over our house. It was crazy.”—Aaron Smith, former Pittsburgh Steeler, on his friendship with Matt Cooke (via lenofi)
